Bernie Walsh launches debut novella

  Bernie Walsh of Hollyfort Writers, launched her debut novella 'Barney Takes a Walk' in the Old School, Hollyfort on 24/4/22. The venue was perfect for the occassion where she was supported by family, friends and fellow writers, making it a day to remember. Well done Bernie!

Writers back in Old School

The Old School Hollyfort is home to the Hollyfort Writers and  we are delighted to inform members that meetings are now being held in the school house, subject to covid restrictions. Our last meeting before our Christmas break is Thursday 9th December '21 when good writing, refreshments and even presents will be on offer, all around a real fire!

Meetings online

Carol, Lucy and Paulette at first night   Due to Covid-19 pandemic health restrictions, Hollyfort Writers are meeting online. Once a month, we send out invitations to join us on Zoom and, in the meantime, we meet in a Whatsapp group where we record our writings following the weekly prompt.
